Sub Double Unders for:
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Air Squats
30 Box Jump Overs/ or Box Jumps
20/15 Cal Bike or Row
Focus on good Push-Up Positions!
Chest touches ground on bottom. Arms fully locked out in finish. Shoulders blades squeezed back and don’t let elbow flair (even if that’s easier). Take the load off the shoulders and focus on the chest and triceps doing the majority of the work!
